Boxing Prediction: Sergey Kovalev vs Cedric Agnew: 2014-03-29; USA

   30 years old hard hitting unbeaten Rusian Sergey "Krusher" Kovalev ( 23-0-1(21 KO) rated number 1 in Russia and number 4 in the world will face 27 years old unbeaten American Cedric Agnew (26-0-0(13 KO) rated number  5 in the USA, and number 15 in the world on this Saturday, March 29 in The Ballroom, Atlantic City, USA. This will be a 12 rounds bout with Kovalevs WBO light heavyweight title at stake.

   Sergey Kovalev comes to this fight after very impressive KO round 2 victory over Ismayl Sillah(21-1) from Ukraine on the end of November 2013. Before that he took the WBO belt by TKO round 4 from at that time undefeated Nathan Cleverly (26-0) from Britain on August 2013.

   Cedric Agnew comes to this fight after the win by unanimous decision against  American Yusaf Mack(31-5-2) on April 2013, before that he won by unanimous decision against "no name" Mexican Alfredo Contreras(13-14-2) on the end of 2012.

   This will be a great fight between two unbeaten fighters, as long as it lasts.....

Post fight Analysis: Vyacheslav Glazkov vs Tomasz Adamek: Glazkov by UD;

   Vyacheslav Glazkov brought an upset by winning the fight against much more experienced Tomasz Adamek last Saturday night in USA. Vyacheslav won the fight by unanimous decision. All judges scored for Galzkov 110-117; 111-117;  112-116. This scores have nothing in common with that fight. I saw this fight as a draw best way or even Adamek win. In my opinion Adamek won 1-2-7-10-11-12 and round 3 was close.

     Glazkov was able to dominate Adamek on middle rounds, and gave him terrible beating, but in the end he was gassed out, and Adamek over took the fight. On 12th. round  Adamek started to go for a kill and Glazkov took terrible beating and was almost out of there, but was saved by the bell.

   I mean if Adamek had 1 more round he had very good chances simply to knock gassed out Glazkov out. Glazkov looked like the beaten fighter in the end, and I believe he felt like he has lost the fight, it was another poor scoring night and Glazkovs perfect record was saved by his promoters again....

Post Fight Analysis: Deontay Wilder vs Malik Scott: Wilder by KO round 1;

   Unbeaten American heavyweight hope Doentay Wilder made a clear statement about his plans to become the world champion. He knocked out Malik Scott in the first round with his first power shots combination and now he is on 31 wins and 31 knockout.

   I can't believe the power this guy possess. With the speed and power he has he is the most dangerous opponent for Vladimir Klitchko at this moment. Now Wilder will have to fight Chris Arreola vs Bernane Stiverne winner for the vacant WBC heavyweight title.

   The most amazing thing was that Wilder knocked Malik Scott out with his fast left hook, and the big right hand that was blocked by Scott just finished the job....

Boxing Predictions: Deontay Wilder vs Malik Scott:2014-03-15, Puerto Rico

   Unbeaten 28 years old American heavyweight hope Deontay "The Broze Bomber" Wilder (30-0-0(30 KO) rated number 3 in the USA and number 12 in the world will face another American 33 years old Malik Scott(36-1-1(13 KO) rated number 12 in the USA and number 35 in the world this Saturday night, March 15 in Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez, Bayamon, Puerto Rico. This will be a 12 rounds bout with no title at stake. But the winner of this bout will have to fight the winner of Arreola-Stiverne for the world title.

   Deontay Wilder comes to this fight after his KO round 4 win against American Nicolai Firtha(21-10-1) on October 2013, before that he knocked out former heavyweight champion Siarhei Liakhovic(25-5-0) in the first round on August 2013.

   Malik Scott comes to this fight after his win by TKO round 2 against "no name" American Grover Young(7-11-1) on January this year.  Before that he suffered his first professional loss by TKO round 6 against Dereck Chisora(16-4) from Britain on July 2013. It was a very strange loss as Scott was still ready to fight but he just waited too long and referee counted him out.

   In my opinion this is a big mismatch as the biggest puncher in the heavyweight division will fight the guy with no power, I believe this fight will not go to the distance....

Post fight Analysis: Saul Alvarez vs Alfredo Angulo: Alvarez by TKO round 10

   Well Saul Alvarez came in perfect shape and made an easy job on Alfredo Angulo last Saturday night in MGM Grand. The fight was stopped in the 10th round because the referee decided that it was enough. It is the most controversial stoppage this year so far. Angulo is tough Mexican and he is a pure brawler, that kind of fighters used to take big punishment during there fights.

   Saul Alvarez nailed Angulo with big uppercut in the middle of the ring and referee stopped the fight.  Angulo was very unhappy with that, even Alvarez was unhappy in fact. Angulo just didn't understand why the fight was stopped. He felt that he was still able to protect himself, and his game plan was to overtake the fight on the last rounds, that was why he was waiting and taking that punishment.

   In fact I have seen worse stoppages, and I feel robbed with the win on my bet, as I am sure that Angulo had enough to survive those two rounds, and not enough to change anything, but it is as it is.....

Boxing Predictions: Saul Alvarez vs Alfredo Angulo: 2014-03-08; USA

   Only once defeated 23 years old Mexican boxing hope Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (42-1-1(30 KO) rated number 1 in Mexico and number 1 in the world will face another hard hitting Mexican 31 years old Alfredo "Perro" Angulo (22-3-0(18 KO) rated number 4 in Mexico and number 29 in the world on this Saturday, March 8 in MGM Grand, Las Vegas, USA. This will be a 12 rounds bout with no title at stake.

   Saul Alvarez comes to this fight after his first professional loss by majority decision against undefeated pound for pound king American Floyd Mayweather Jr.(44-0) on September 2013. Before that he won by unanimous decision against undefeated at that time American southpaw Austin Trout(26-0) in a close fight on April 2013.

   Alfredo Angulo comes to this fight after a loss by TKO round 10 against very talented Cuban Erislandy Lara(17-1-2) in a very close fight on June 2013. Angulo dropped Lara twice on that fight, but because of the cut above his eye the fight was stopped and Angulo lost it. Before Lara Agulo won by unanimous decision against Jorge Silva(19-2-2) from Mexico on  the end of 2012.

   Both fighters comes to this fight after a loss.  One of them will get back to the winning trap while another will have the second straight defeat. Both fighters have good power, many believe this will not go to the distance....

Post Fight Analysis: Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Vs Brian Vera: Chavez by UD.

   Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. performed much better against American Brian Vera last Saturday night on there rematch for a vacant WBC Continental Americas super middleweight title. If there were some doubts about him winning last time, this time the winner was clear.

   Chavez out landed Vera on every round and most of his punches were power punches. Chavez used few different tactics in this fight, while Vera used the old one, he just went forward and threw his punches.

   Chavez looked good on the outside and good in the inside. He was connecting much bigger shots all night long, but I had some respect for Vera as he was able to land his own big shot or even a combination after Chavez connects with big one.

   Judges scored the fight 117-110, 117-110, 114-113 for Chavez. I believe 117-110 is the best score to represent what was happening in the ring......

Post Fight Analysis: Arthur Abraham vs Robert Stieglitz: Abraham by SD

   Arthur "King Arthur" Abraham regain his WBO super middleweight title last Saturday by winning against Robert Stieglitz by  a split decision. Judges saw the fight completely different. One judge scored 113-112 for Stieglitz while other two 114-111, 115-110 for Abraham. 115-110 was a score from out of nose, because Stieglitz clearly won the first half, and this result 115-110 is taken from out of space for sure.

   In my eyes it was a draw or 113-112 for Abraham as he looked much better in the last round. But I just can say that it was a very ugly and not entertaining fight to watch. It was one of those fights that you have to be a hardcore boxing fan to watch it till the end.

   The fight was full of clinches, holding and wrestling. I believe they were fighting 30 seconds of each round and 2 and a half minute just holding and wrestling....
